Dois meses/ Two months

Marco fez dois meses dia 16! Parabéns filhote! Para comemorar fizemos uma visita ao pediatra!!! Marco está com 5kg e 57.2cm! O pediatra disse que ele está muito bem e eu fiquei muito orgulhosa quando ele disse que Marco está com o controle de cabeça de um neném de quatro meses! Ao final da consulta um momento não tão bom: vacinas.... Ele abriu o bocão... já vi que ele não gosta de agulhas (igual a mãe dele...), mas se acalmou logo depois com o leitinho da mamãe! Ele não teve febre nem nada... ainda bem!

No mais, tudo tranquilo. Ele está rindo cada vez mais e também tentando “falar”... é muito lindo! Ele presta muita atenção ao mobile que está no berço e também gosta de ver a si mesmo no espelho! Ele ainda está acordando pelo menos uma vez por noite. Algum voluntário aí pra vir ajudar!? A outra grande novidade é que essa semana ele rolou pela primeira vez! Eu o coloquei no berço de barriga pra baixo para uma soneca e quando fui buscá-lo ele estava de barriga pra cima! Ele também faz o beicinho mais lindo quando vai começar a chorar... (apesar de que o choro em si não é tão lindo!) vou tentar tirar uma foto pra por aqui.

Estou de volta com a BATIDA! Tocamos no SUBA no último sábado do mês passado enquanto Rob ficou tomando conta do Marco! Notícia boa foi que a gente saiu na Fly Magazine aqui de Harrisburg! Entrevista de uma página inteira!!! Olha que bacana! Detalhe que Marquinho ainda estava dentro da barriga quando tiramos a foto!!




Marco turned two months on the 16th! Happy birthday son! To celebrate we went to the pediatrician! Marco is 11 lbs and 22.5 inches! The pediatrician said he is doing very well and I was very proud when he said Marco has the head control of a four month old! At the end of the visit a not so great moment: vaccination… He cried hard… I see he does not like needles (jus like his mom…) but he got calm rather quickly when I nursed him afterwards! He did not have a fever or any other side effects… thank goodness!

Everything else is going well. He smiles more and more and is also trying to “talk”… it’s very cute! He pays great attention to the mobile in his crib and also likes to see himself in the mirror! He still wakes up at least once a night. Any volunteers out there to help!? The other great news is that this week he rolled for the first time! I put him on his tummy in his crib for a nap and when I went back to get him he was on his back! He also makes the cutest face when he is about to cry… (although the cry itself is not so cute!), I’ll try to take a picture and put here.
I’m back with BATIDA! We played at SUBA the last Saturday of last month while Rob was with Marco! The great news is that we’re on Fly Magazine of Harrisburg! Interview in a whole page!!! Check us out!
